Camp Happy Pawz

About Camp

Camp Happy Pawz is a fear free, safe place for your dogs to have fun while you are away, out of town, at work/school, etc. We love your fur-kids like our own and miss them when they go home!

Our first priority is always that your dogs are safe and healthy while they are at camp! We have many precautions and systems in place to keep it that way. Camp is cleaned regularly (inside and outside, yes we even sanitize the yard) and all campers are required to be up to date on their Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella Vaccines. We also ask that campers wait 14 days before coming to camp after they have gone to any larger facilities in town. These are just a few of the ways that we keep your pets healthy!

All of our campers go out first thing in the morning around 7:30am, they then get to go out 3-4 times during the day, and once more at night around 8-9pm. If your fur-kid is a social butterfly like mine, they will get plenty of chances to run around and play in the yard with fellow campers. If they prefer one- on-one time with staff, we will take them out by themselves and give them the extra attention they prefer!

We have many different room options available at Camp Happy Pawz. We have rooms that have indoor/outdoor runs, for our friends that love to go in and out all day long; rooms that are closed, for smaller friends or those that are a little more nervous about being away from home; and standard indoor rooms, that are the perfect size for most all of our campers!

About Me

My name is Caitlyn Patterson, and I am the owner of Camp Happy Pawz (previously Camp Top Dawg). Since I was a little girl, I have always dreamed of owning a “pet hotel.” I set this dream on hold while I pursued a career in real estate but now I am so excited to make that childhood hope a reality.

I have two dogs, Jagger (German Shepherd) and Ozzy (Sheepadoodle) that I love with all my heart. Our little family also includes 3 cats that enjoy bossing everyone around.

In my free time, I enjoy volunteering at my church where I lead the college and career group, and am involved in the children’s ministry program. I am also a leader at a Good News Club at Miller Elementary where we bring the Gospel to 2nd-5th graders.

In short, I love people and I love animals! I cannot wait to meet everyone and love on your sweet babies. I pray that in this new adventure the Lord is glorified in everything that I do!
